constructive trust
Last modified: Thu Feb 23 16:37:37 2006
A constructive trust is one which is assumed to exist in a number of
situations but is not an
ExpressTrust or ResultingTrust. For
example, if a married couple buy a house together, it will be
assumed that they jointly hold it on trust for each other.
