Court of Appeal

In the UK, the Court of Appeal is an AppelateCourt,
but not the only one. The Court of Appeal has a Civil
Division, for hearing cases referred from the HighCourt
and a Criminal Division for cases referred from the Crown Court
on matters of conviction and sentencing (see: CourtSystemOfEngland).
The judges of the Court of Appeal are formally known as `Lords Justice of Appeal'
(see: LordJusticeOfAppeal).
