Dyer v Dyer (1788)

(1788) 2 Cox 92. Where a person provides money to purchase a LegalEstateInLand in the name
of another person, and there
is no evidence that the purchaser intended to advance a loan or make a gift, then it is
assumed that the legal title holder holders the property on ResultingTrust for
the person who provided the funds.
