object (trust)
Last modified: Thu Feb 23 16:37:37 2006
The term `objects' covers beneficiaries and potential
beneficiaries of a Trust (see: Beneficiary).
if the Trustee has discretion how to allocate the
benefits of the trust, then some objects of the trust may, in principle,
not be beneficiaries as they may get nothing. However, there must
be CertaintyOfObjects; that is, for a trust to be
valid it must be possible to identify the class of potential
beneficiaries.
