Re Golay's Will Trusts (1965)

[1965] 1 WLR 969. A testator made a will directing that a beneficiary was
to ``...enjoy one of my flats during her lifetime, and a reasonable income
from my other properties''. Although it could be argued that this
trust should fail owing to insufficient CertaintyOfSubjectMatter,
in fact the Chancery Division upheld it.
